<p>Milking operation method:<br>1.Turn on the power of milking machine,turn off the vacuum switch of vacuum tank,and start the vacuum pump,then the finger of vacuum gauge will rise stably.<br>2.Adjust the vacuum pump to make the finger point to normal vacuum degree position(47kpa), turn on the switch of vacuum pump, then you can start to milk.<br>3.The adjustment method of vacuum pump:<br>Disassemble the cover of vacuum stable machine,unscrew the nut of head of the vacuum stable pressure machine, and press the valve core of vacuum stable machine several times to know if the valve core is lockeg by dust or other dunghill.(Normally, the valve core can turn up and down)<br>Circumgyrate the cover of valve core to adjust the vacuum degree. When circumgyrating, you can observe the change of finger of vacuum apparatus. When the finger of vacuum apparatus pointe the normal position, screw the nut quickly. Then observe the finger of vacuum apparatus, after adjusting several times, you can make the vacuum degree correct.</p> <p>Note: the vacuum should be started normally, and the performance sounds is also normal.</p> <p>If the vacuum degree is too high, the teat of cow will be damaged.
